Ordering shoes from Lusovarexio starts a short fulfillment journey that takes place entirely within Hong Kong. From preparing the pair for dispatch to collecting payment at your doorstep, each stage follows a defined process. This policy walks you through that journey, including what happens before dispatch, when you can expect delivery, and what we need from you along the way.
Our delivery boundary is straightforward: Hong Kong only.
Orders must contain a valid delivery address located within Hong Kong. We do not currently ship internationally or accept orders requiring delivery to an address outside Hong Kong. If an address falls outside our delivery area, the order cannot proceed through fulfillment.
There is no shipping charge for an eligible order. Lusovarexio covers the delivery cost, so customers are not asked to pay separate shipping, handling, doorstep delivery, or cash on delivery fees.
The amount payable for your shoes therefore does not increase simply because they are being delivered.
Delivery does not begin the moment an order is submitted.
We normally allocate 2 business days before dispatch. This time is used to prepare the order rather than leaving it waiting unnecessarily.
During this stage, our team reviews the shoes internally and prepares them for transportation. Appropriate packaging is used to help keep the item protected while it moves from our fulfillment process to your delivery address.
Once these steps are completed, the parcel is released for dispatch.
This preparation period also gives us an opportunity to identify obvious order or packaging issues before the shoes begin their journey to you.
After dispatch, delivery ordinarily requires another 2–3 business days within Hong Kong.
When combined with the 2-business-day preparation period, customers should generally expect an overall timeline of approximately 4–5 business days from order processing through delivery.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our reasonable control can interfere with an expected delivery window. These may include severe weather, transportation disruption, restricted access to a delivery location, or other operational interruptions. Where such circumstances arise, the stated 4–5 business day period should be understood as an estimated delivery time frame rather than an absolute deadline.
A parcel can only move efficiently when the information attached to it is accurate.
When ordering, please provide a complete Hong Kong delivery address together with the requested contact information. Apartment, floor, building, district, or other relevant location details should be entered accurately where applicable.
Incorrect or incomplete information can prevent a delivery from proceeding as expected. If clarification is necessary, fulfillment or delivery may be delayed while the required information is obtained.
Customers should therefore review their order information before submitting it.
Lusovarexio follows a cash on delivery model.
There is no requirement to pay for an order online before dispatch, and we do not currently provide another payment method for website orders.
Instead, payment becomes due when the order reaches your doorstep. The complete purchase amount must then be paid in cash.
Cash on delivery does not carry an additional charge. There is no separate COD fee added to the order simply because payment is collected at delivery.
We recommend having the required cash available when receiving the parcel so that the handover can be completed without unnecessary difficulty.
The ability to cancel depends on one specific point in the order journey: dispatch.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation by contacting stepup@lusovarexio.com. We recommend sending the request promptly because orders move through preparation toward dispatch within the time frame described above.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Dispatch therefore marks the point at which the cancellation window closes. Receiving a cancellation email after the parcel has already left our fulfillment process does not require us to recall the shipment.
Separate return rights may apply after delivery where the shoes satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Choosing footwear online involves another important consideration: fit.
Product descriptions on our website are accompanied by relevant sizing information intended to help customers select an appropriate size before ordering. We strongly recommend reviewing the applicable size guide rather than relying solely on a size normally worn in other footwear.
Where delivered shoes do not fit, a return request may be submitted in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. The applicable conditions, product requirements, and 30-day request period still apply.
