These Terms & Conditions define the commercial relationship between Lusovarexio and customers ordering shoes through our website. Rather than considering an order as a single transaction, these terms follow its progression: from browsing and selecting a size, through order acceptance and cash payment, to delivery and any eligible after-delivery request.
By placing an order with Lusovarexio, you acknowledge these terms and agree to the conditions applicable to your purchase.
Lusovarexio operates exclusively within Hong Kong. Our website may be accessible elsewhere, but our commercial delivery service is limited to valid Hong Kong addresses.
We do not accept orders requiring delivery outside Hong Kong. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Every eligible Hong Kong order receives free delivery. We do not impose a separate shipping charge, handling fee, or cash on delivery fee.
We aim to present useful information about each pair of shoes, including descriptions, available sizes, images, and relevant product details.
Minor differences may occur between the appearance of a product on a screen and its physical appearance because displays, lighting, and photography can affect how colors or details appear.
Customers should review product information before ordering.
Sizing deserves particular attention. A size guide accompanies relevant product descriptions, and customers are encouraged to use it before selecting footwear. Sizes can fit differently across shoe designs, so a size normally worn elsewhere should not automatically be assumed to provide the same fit.
When submitting an order, you must provide information reasonably required to process and deliver it. This may include your name, telephone number, email address, selected shoes, size, and Hong Kong delivery address.
You are responsible for reviewing these details before submission.
An order may be declined where information is materially incomplete, the delivery address falls outside Hong Kong, the item is unavailable, or another legitimate operational reason prevents fulfillment.
Product availability may change. Displaying an item on the website does not mean that stock will remain available indefinitely.
Lusovarexio operates exclusively through cash on delivery for website orders.
No online advance payment is required. When the order reaches the delivery address, the complete purchase amount must be paid in cash.
No additional COD charge is added. Customers should arrange to have sufficient cash available when receiving their parcel.
Ownership, risk, and other rights relating to goods remain subject to applicable Hong Kong law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Our standard fulfillment. period begins with approximately 2 business days of preparation.
This period is used for internal order handling, inspection, and packaging before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery normally requires another 2–3 business days within Hong Kong.
The expected overall journey is therefore approximately 4–5 business days.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays. Weather conditions, transportation interruptions, access restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect an estimated delivery period.
Cancellation is available only while an order remains undispatched.
If you want to cancel, contact stepup@lusovarexio.com promptly. The relevant factor is the status of the order when the cancellation request can be processed.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is unavailable.
This restriction does not prevent a customer from making an eligible return request after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy or exercising rights that arise independently under applicable Hong Kong law.
Customers should examine their order after delivery.
Our voluntary return arrangement runs for 30 days from the delivery date. Within that period, a return may be requested where the shoes:
arrive damaged or defective;
are different from the item ordered; or
do not fit appropriately.
Returns for other reasons, including a simple change of preference, are not ordinarily accepted under our voluntary return arrangement.
Returned footwear should remain unworn, in its original condition, and with its original packaging, except for reasonable examination or fitting.
These conditions do not limit statutory solutions where doing so would be inconsistent with Hong Kong law.
Where Lusovarexio approves an eligible return, customers do not need to independently arrange shipment back to us.
We coordinate doorstep collection in Hong Kong at a mutually suitable date and time, subject to operational availability.
No collection charge or restocking fee applies to an eligible return.
Once the returned shoes reach us, we normally require 1 working day to inspect them and determine the appropriate outcome.
An eligible customer may receive a replacement where the required product and size remain available.
Replacement stock cannot be assured because inventory may change between the original purchase and completion of the return.
When a replacement is arranged, our ordinary delivery timetable applies again. Customers should therefore allow approximately 4–5 business days for preparation and delivery.
If the appropriate replacement is unavailable, or an eligible refund is otherwise selected, the refund procedure described below applies.
Because the original purchase is made through cash on delivery rather than an online payment method, eligible refunds are processed by bank transfer.
Lusovarexio will request the bank information necessary for the transfer by email. Customers are responsible for checking information before sending it and should exercise appropriate caution when communicating banking details.
After receiving the required details, we aim to initiate the transfer within 1 working day.
The amount will generally appear in the customer's bank account within approximately 5–6 business days after initiation, depending on the processing practices of the relevant bank.
We do not deduct a restocking charge, return collection fee, or similar administrative fee from an eligible refund.
These Terms & Conditions operate alongside the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).
Applicable statutory requirements concerning goods, including matters such as correspondence with description, quality, and fitness for purpose where legally applicable, are not replaced merely because Lusovarexio maintains its own return procedure.
Accordingly, the 30-day voluntary return arrangement should not be interpreted as automatically extinguishing a statutory right or solution that may exist independently.
Information presented about products and commercial offers is also subject to applicable Hong Kong requirements, including the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362).
Lusovarexio seeks to avoid false or fake product representations and unfair trade practices. Customers should likewise provide accurate information when communicating about orders, returns, delivery issues, or other claims.
Where an obvious pricing, typographical, or website error occurs, we may take reasonable steps to correct the information and address affected orders consistently with applicable law.
No clause on this page should be read as giving Lusovarexio unlimited power to exclude responsibility.
The Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) places legal controls on certain contractual terms that seek to exclude or restrict liability.
The Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458) may also apply to contracts involving consumers and provides legal mechanisms concerning contractual terms or transactions found to be unconscionable in the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability, consumer protection, or another legal right where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited under Hong Kong law.
Processing an order requires personal data. This may include contact details, delivery information, correspondence, purchase information, return records, and bank details where an eligible refund requires a transfer.
Lusovarexio handles applicable personal data with regard to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), or PDPO.
The PDPO's Data Protection Principles establish requirements concerning matters such as lawful and fair collection, accuracy and retention, permitted use, security, transparency, and data access and correction.
Personal information collected for an order should be used for that purpose or a directly related purpose unless another use is permitted under applicable law or the required consent has been obtained. Reasonably practicable safeguards should also be applied against unwanted or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss, or use.

Customers may communicate with Lusovarexio electronically when submitting inquiries, requesting cancellation, initiating returns, supplying refund information, or handling related matters.
Where applicable, electronic dealings are considered in the context of Hong Kong's Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553).
Customers should ensure that the email address and other contact information supplied to Lusovarexio remain accurate so that communications concerning an order can reach the intended recipient.
Sometimes fulfillment. can be affected by events outside the reasonable control of either party.
Severe weather, transportation interruptions, government measures, infrastructure failures, emergencies, or comparable circumstances may delay or prevent normal operations.
Where this happens, Lusovarexio may take reasonable measures appropriate to the circumstances. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through Lusovarexio are governed by the laws applicable in Hong Kong.
Any disagreement should initially be raised with us so that the circumstances can be reviewed. Where a matter cannot be resolved directly, the parties retain any rights or avenues available under applicable law.
The Hong Kong courts will have jurisdiction subject to any applicable legal requirements.
If one provision of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, that does not automatically make every other provision invalid. The remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent legally permissible.
Ordering from Lusovarexio creates a straightforward arrangement. You select your shoes and size, provide a valid Hong Kong address, and wait approximately 4–5 business days for the ordinary fulfillment. journey. Delivery is free, and payment is made entirely in cash when the parcel arrives.
Before dispatch, cancellation remains possible. After dispatch, that option closes. After delivery, eligible problems enter our 30-day return process, with doorstep collection arranged by us and replacement or bank-transfer refund available according to the conditions described above.
